1. What's new and state-of-the-art about your curriculum?
When you join the Major Gifts Roadmap, you'll get two new webinars: One on the "Soft Skills of Major Gifts Fundraising" and two sessions on Major Gift Portfolio Analysis and Management Skills. You'll also attend our virtual Qualification and Discovery Boot Camp.
2. Is the Major Gifts Roadmap for one person or our full team?
It's for your entire organization or team. We’d like many people in your organization to attend the training events. We welcome board and/or staff to join the webinars and coaching calls.
The more individuals inside your organization who learn these skills, the better as far. Our goal is to establish a common language and shared concepts, so that you have organizational buy-in to the overall major gift strategy.
3. Are the trainings pre-recorded?
No, everything in the Major Gifts Roadmap is LIVE. Nothing in this program is pre-recorded. We are working with you real-time, answering your questions on the spot. However, all of our live events are recorded for you, so you can refer to the recordings for review and to share with your team.
4. What about our board?
Board members need to learn about major gift fundraising too! You'll receive two optional live webinars for board members:
- What Board Members Need to Know About Major Gift Fundraising, and
- How Board Members Can Help In Major Gift Fundraising.
Board members are not required to participate. You can be successful in this program whether or not they are on board. However, we will be looking for several board members to help in the overall effort if possible!
