Charleston County asking for input for HUD funding

Charleston County is set to receive federal grant funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to help prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19. The county is asking citizens to fill out a survey to determine how to prioritize the funding. The deadline to complete the survey is noon Monday.

Boat landings may open beginning today

A revision to an executive order will allow S.C. public boat ramps to open at the discretion of managing authorities for the purpose of launching and retrieving a boat. State public beach access points remain closed.
