If you're not familiar with couscous, it looks like a grain, however, it’s a pasta. Cooking it couldn’t be easier - simply pour boiling water over the dried couscous and let it sit for 5-15 minutes. Having a neutral flavor, couscous lends itself to a variety of flavor profiles, making it perfect to pair with sweet and savory dishes.
