Special Announcements Input requested on updated NIH policy for subawards and consortium agreements NIH is accepting comments on updated reporting requirements for non-US subcontract/subaward agreements with prime institutions in any country. The requirements go into effect October 1, 2023, for all NIH grants: âFor foreign subrecipients, a provision requiring the foreign subrecipient to provide copies of all lab notebooks, all data, and all documentation that supports the research outcomes as described in the progress report.
