Facebook pays attention to how much time we spend on its platforms (including Instagram) — and that’s because 98% of its revenue is derived from ads targeted to users.2 In short: We are Facebook’s entire business model. Together, we will log out of Facebook and Instagram on November 10 to show our collective power — because we have the power to make or break these platforms.
