| Intel offered a preview of its Lunar Lake mobile processors at Computex on Tuesday as it seeks to remain competitive alongside rivals like Qualcomm and AMD. Lunar Lake offers a major leap in power efficiency over last year’s Meteor Lake chips, along with an improved integrated graphics core, PC Mag reported. Intel also showed off a laptop that will use the new chips — the Asus Zenbook S 14. The Zenbook S 13's successor features a slightly larger OLED screen and some new visual flair, and according to Digital Trends is “the best-looking Zenbook ever made. Samsung reveals Galaxy Ring launch date — and takes rival Oura to court
| The release date for Samsung’s first smart ring has been found in a lawsuit brought by the company against rival smart ring maker Oura
| With Samsung preparing the highly anticipated launch of its Galaxy Smart Ring, the Korean tech giant has filed a preemptive lawsuit against Oura — the maker of the Oura Ring — that seeks to prevent Oura from bringing future patent claims against it, Tom’s Guide reported. “Citing what it calls a pattern of Oura filing claims against other smart ring makers, Samsung wants a U.S. district court to conclude that any allegations cover ‘features common to virtually all smart rings,’” the report said. Spotify prices are going up — again
| The biggest change affects its Family plan, which will rise by $3 a month | Spotify is raising its subscription prices in the U.S. for the second time in less than a year, CNN reported. The music streaming giant said it’s making the move “so that we can continue to invest in and innovate on our product features and bring users the best experience.” It means that Spotify’s Individual plan will rise from $11 to $12 per month. The Duo plan, for two users in the same household, will increase from $15 to $17, while the Family plan, for up to six users in the same household, will increase from $17 to $20 The $6 plan for students will remain unchanged, and Spotify will continue to offer the limited-service ad-supported tier option for free ... | |
