| | Power Moves Maryland Tech Council, the technology and life sciences trade association in the state, announced the appointment of a new chair and new board directors earlier this month. Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation's Brad Stewart has taken over as board chair, while GlaxoSmithKline's Steven M. Walker is chairman of Maryland Life Sciences.
