Dear , Technology is playing a major role in reshaping Asia's real estate industry as the region prepares to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the third edition of our tech survey, with developers and investors reaching for new tools to protect their businesses and achieve sustainability goals. Findings of the survey, documented in the Innovation in Asian Real Estate: Systems for a Disrupted Industry report, indicate that 82 percent of respondents believe that technology will play a significant or major role in reshaping their workplaces and over 60 percent across industries expect tech to have the same degree of importance in achieving their sustainability targets. Download the report here to find out more. The report, which was jointly produced with Yardi, was launched in the first session of our Property Innovation Forum, where Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole revealed key takeaways and discussed major findings with Bernie Devine, regional director for Asia Pacific at Yardi and PGIM Real Estate executive director Su Lin Wee. In case you missed out, there is still chance for you to watch this here. Thanks to all of you who responded to our survey and we look forward to working with you to keep driving Asia's real estate innovation discussion. Best regards, Michael Cole Mingtiandi Asia real estate intelligence |
