Dear friend, today is #GivingTuesday, an incredibly important day on the calendar.
| Dear friend, Today is #GivingTuesday, a day for most people to take a break from shopping and giving back to the non-profits they care about. Over the past few weeks Israel has been experiencing a huge increase in attempted and executed terror attacks. The Shin Bet reports that they thwarted over 330 significant attacks in the past year, including 34 bombings and two suicide bombing attempts. Unfortunately, not all attacks can be prevented, and many lives were lost. We at Zaka Tel-Aviv are dedicated to helping the people of Israel. Our volunteers are always on the call for rescue missions, medical emergencies, and mitigating the impact of terror attacks. Please help us in this critical time so we can do our absolute best to preserve and protect as many Israeli lives as possible. |
