Ed Martelle told CNN that a private plane was leaving the airport and veered into the hangar before bursting into flames Sunday morning shortly after 9 a.m. local time. BCSO: Man with felony warrant leads deputies on vehicle chase A local man was arrested after leading Bexar County Sheriff's deputies and Leon Valley police on a vehicle chase across town overnight, the BCSO said Monday.
