Billy Jack Crutsinger, 64, is scheduled to receive a lethal injection Wednesday evening for the 2003 killings of Pearl Magouirk and her 71-year-old daughter Patricia Syren. The trustees said they did not feel valued on the board. An interim superintendent has been appointed until one is chosen. CPS Energy to send crews to Florida after Hurricane Dorian CPS Energy crews are preparing to head to Florida in the wake of Hurricane Dorian. A CPS Energy team consisting of 62 employees in 30 vehicles will convoy early Wednesday morning and are expected to meet up with other utility workers from across the nation in Florida on Thursday. They'll be deployed to areas where help is needed most. Man shot, killed in Southeast Bexar County The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was fatally shot in Southeast Bexar County overnight. Deputies responded just after 1 a.m. to the home in the 10200 block of Blossom Lake after the victim's brother called for help.
