Good morning from the GMSA anchor desk! Happy Friyay!! I had an interesting start to my morning. A tiny button popped off the back of my blouse and handy man Mike Osterhage came to my rescue! He broke out his sewing kit and fixed it right up! Yep, he keeps a sewing kit at his desk. He also has WD40 and pretty much anything else you could need to fix something! David had a horrible commute in this morning. He was stuck in traffic and almost missed the top of GMSA. He made it though, and it’s time for both of us to get back to work. "Today, charges were dismissed against the 16-year-old girl respondent due to recently discovered evidence of self-defense," said District Attorney Joe Gonzales. The teenager was facing serious charges, including murder. Today's Headlines Human remains discovered on private property in north Bexar County, BCSO says Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said deputies have discovered human remains in the northern area of Bexar County. Salazar said deputies were called out to the 600 block of Specht Road after the remains were found about 20 yards from the road on a 50-acre private property. Deputies were stationed at the scene overnight to preserve it and the search for more of the remains will continue Friday morning. Legal troubles mount for disgraced SA attorney A San Antonio attorney forced to surrender his law license late last year has failed to pay back his victims, multiple former clients confirmed to the KSAT 12 Defenders. Tamer Morsi, 46, was told to return unearned money, paperwork and possessions to clients as part of a Texas Supreme Court order issued in November. Records compiled by the Defenders show that Morsi owes his former clients more than $88,000, including nearly $54,000 to a single client. SAPD: 2 men sought in connection with West Side robbery, shooting San Antonio police are searching for two men who shot and robbed two others on the city's West Side early Friday morning.
