KSAT.com's sister station, Click2Houston.com, reported that the woman is suing LaGrone Services, a Houston-based construction company that built the Kroger Marketplace where the incident happened. BABY BOOM: 7th sea lion pup born at SeaWorld San Antonio this summer SeaWorld San Antonio is celebrating several new additions this summer in what the park is referring to as a baby boom. Another California sea lion pup was born this week, bringing the total to seven new pups in the last two months. Today's Headlines San Antonio police arrest 20-year-old suspect in deadly West Side apartment shooting San Antonio police arrested a 20-year-old suspect in connection to a shooting at a West Side apartment complex that left one man dead and another man hospitalized this week. The shooting happened in the 500 block of South Acme Street. When officers arrived, they found 22-year-old Justin Laravie II dead inside a home. They found another victim outside with a gunshot wound to his back. Cibolo mayor faces removal over alleged drug conviction Cibolo Mayor Stan "Stosh" Boyle faces the possibility of being removed from office over revelations of a decades-old drug charge. The Cibolo City Council voted July 23 to hold a hearing on Boyle's qualifications for the position of mayor after District 3 Councilman Brian Byrd alleged Boyle had been convicted of a federal felony and therefore isn't qualified to hold the office. Federal court records show a Stanley J. "Stosh" Boyle pleaded guilty in 1998 to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute MDA or Ecstacy five years earlier, in 1993.
