When I was in the sixth grade, short white leather boots, called go-go boots, were all the rage. All the cool girls got them immediately. Not-so-cool girls got them in rapid succession. In a short period of time, anybody who was anybody had a pair, except for me.

I have had this for a while. But, because most of the boxes of tissues I get at the dollar stores are about 1/2 inch taller, this looks silly. So, today I flipped it over and put a piece of cardboard in the "bottom" and showed how to use it for storing lots of things.

There are way too many good things starring in this quinoa salad but I wanted to keep the name short. If I could have my ways, it could be called the "Cranberry Walnut Apple Goat Cheese Balsamic Quinoa Salad" and believe me, it is so good!
