Golden Cross Resources Inc.An Amazing Australian Gold Exploration Prospect You Need to know about !
Dear Subscribers, Since I provided my initial report to my paid subscribers on June 7, the shares have risen from ~ US$0.30 to ~ US$0.32. But give the enormous upside that seems possible as explained in this report, that two cent appreciation will appear as insignificant as a fly on the back of an elephant. This is now one of my most favored exploration stories covered in my newsletter. Now that my subscribers have had a chance to buy shares of Golden Cross, I have chosen to share my report with you free of charge. Golden Cross ResourcesMy friend Chen Lin brought the Golden Cross Resources (AUX) story to my attention. It immediately caught my eye because of its location right next to the Sunday Creek Gold Deposit owned by Southern Cross Gold Consolidated (SXGC). That company has reported some of the most spectacular gold drill intercepts you will see anywhere in the world, like 3,330 grams/tonne gold over 11.7 meters or 2,318.4 grams/tonne over 0.3 meter or 2,541.9 grams/tonne over 1.1 meter. In addition to very high-grade veins, lower grades of gold surround the high-grade veins, resulting in sensational long high-grade gold intersections. In very short order SXGC has generated a deposit of ~3.6 million ounces from material grading 10.5 G/T gold. With its current price of around C$6.00 it has a market cap of around C$1.5 billion. The chart of the C$1.5 billion SXGC is displayed above on your left. The chart for Golden Cross Resources on your right almost doesn’t look like a stock chart because it is a brand-new story that few people other than the insiders who put it together know about. But that’s why it’s important that you hear about Golden Cross Resources NOW before it takes off. And takeoff I think it most likely will, in part because the geology and surface mineralization at Sunday Creek is identical to the geology and surface gold mineralization as the Reedy Creek Project 10 km to the south that Golden Cross is beginning to drill as we speak. This area in Australia’s state of Victoria is becoming known for its high-grade elephant-sized epizonal gold deposits. You have heard much about the Fosterville Gold Mine in these pages over the years. SXGC’s Sunday Creek is rapidly joining Fosterville as a world-class gold deposit. In the map above, the properties of SXGC are in the light brown area. The areas in dark green are the Golden Cross tenements, which cover 445 sq. km. Note that the Fosterville Gold Mine is located ~ 100 km to the northwest of the Southern Cross and Golden Cross properties. Not only is the geology at Reedy Creek identical to that of Sunday Creek, located 10 km to the south, but very similar gold grades have been drilled by the prior operator, Great Pacific Gold. The map below shows some of the drill intercept values provided from past drilling. Golden Cross is continuing to report more assays from prior holes drilled by Great Pacific Gold, which should be revealed by the middle of June 2025. Because the structural geology and mineralization is identical to Sunday Creek, Golden Cross is “going to school” on the success of SXGC, applying the same “ladder approach” where veins are located in somewhat predictable distances from one another. The red marking shown on the map below represent the location of prior small scale mines where the old timers mined by hand close to surface just as was true on a much smaller trend at Sunday Creek. SXGC simply drilled under the old working to hit its bonanza intersections. As this is being written, Golden Cross is doing the exact same thing, aided by the use of the latest LIDAR and AI technology. Results from the company’s current 6,000-meter drill program are expected in August. While there were five old mine workings at Sunday Creek under which SXGC drilled to make its high-grade gold discovery, there are some 55 old mine workings at the Reedy Creek Target where Golden Cross has now started to drill. While the truth regarding what lies under those old workings at Reedy Creek can only be revealed by extensive drilling, it hardly seems likely that gold endowment at Reedy Creek would have ended at the mining depth constraints of the old-timers years ago. Indeed, drilling by Great Pacific Gold already has shown gold mineralization does in fact continue beneath the old workings at Reedy Creek. I should mention one more insight from my geologist friend Steve Azadian, who also became excited about this story when I showed it to him. He pointed to the kind of geological structures in these areas of Victoria that provide the kind of plumbing through which gold rich fluids can flow and gold settle out. I would point to the following illustration in the Golden Cross Corporate presentation, which shows what I believe Steve was talking about. While gold-in-soils have been a reliable indicator for setting up drill sites, the company is not relying totally on that. To refine its targets and to rank them it is partnering with VERIFY’s AI-Assisted Mineral Discovery Platform at Reedy Creek, the only such platform in the world. It uses proprietary AI and predictive modelling to accelerate and maximize discovery potential at Reedy Creek located directly north of Sunday Creek. This is a very simple story at this point in time. It is one in which I believe the risk/reward is as favorable as any exploration story I have looked at in all my 44 years of writing this newsletter. Especially at its current price, if you invest in junior gold exploration stories this is one you should keep and eye on. He has also been Co-founder and original director of K92 Mining Inc. NICHOLAS ROWLEY, DIRECTOR is a resource executive with 16+ years of experience in financing and commodity trading. He has served as Director Corp Development of Galaxy Resources / Allkem (now Arcadium Lithium) being acquired by Rio Tinto in 2025. SUMMARY Aside from risks of war or a totalitarian takeover of private properties by the Australian government, the exploration risks for Golden Cross are about as low as any I have seen for an exploration company. While I believe the risks of totalitarian takeovers by western governments is higher than at any time in my 78 years of life on earth, living in the West as I do, I have to set that concern aside because control of the future rests in the hands of the Almighty. On the upside, there is endless blue sky for Golden Cross given the story as laid out above. The Reedy Creek Prospect alone appears far larger with 55 previous small-scale mines along a multi-kilometer strike compared to the five old mining operations at Sunday Creek. The truth will start to be revealed by the company’s current modest 6,000-meter drill program, and results are expected in August. Meanwhile, ongoing revelation of past drilling at Reedy Creek will be announced this month as old drill core from Great Pacific Gold is continued to be assayed. It seems increasingly obvious that the most exciting portion of this multi-year gold bull market is just now getting underway. Combining a strong gold bull market with prospects of another major epizonal gold discovery in Victoria could provide the fuel to drive these shares much higher starting in the very near future. Hence the coverage of Golden Cross begins in this newsletter. Be sure to listen to my interview with Matt Roma here on substack tomorrow at around noon, New York Time. It will initially be available only to my paid subscribers. Later next week, it will be aired on my YouTube channel, JayTaylorMedia. Keep an eye on your inbox for that alert. Of course I will pass along drill results and other news of significance to my paid subscribers in my weekly reports. Stay Tuned!
