Governor names task force members, reopens stores

Gov. Henry McMaster has removed restrictions on some businesses and launched accelerateSC, a statewide economic revitalization task force. He made the announcement during a press conference Monday.

Plasma to be collected for use in COVID-19 treatment

KershawHealth and The Blood Connection are collecting plasma from recovered COVID-19 patients for use in developing and FDA-approved treatment for the coronavirus. Donations will take place Thursday, and more may be scheduled.
