| Good morning, and welcome to the Thursday edition of the Saints Insider newsletter for Feb. 23, 2023. It's been a relatively slow time on the Saints news front as the coaching staff takes some time off before ramping up pre-draft evaluations at the NFL Scouting Combine next week in Indianapolis. Some news did break on Wednesday, and it wasn't of a positive variety: --Two surveillance videos used as evidence in the battery case involving Alvin Kamara and three others emerged on Wednesday after a Las Vegas television station released them to the public. The videos showed a detailed footage of the Las Vegas nightclub brawl that led to the Saints' running back's arrest in February, Terrin Waack reports. --In more positive news, the Saints agreed to terms on a one-year contract for offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton, Luke Johnson reports. Thockmorton is a valuable backup lineman, who has earned a roster spot the past two seasons because of his versatility and flexibility. That's it for today.
