Circuit court clarifies Episcopal property ownership

The dispute over ownership of church property appeared to be settled in 2017 by the S.C. Supreme Court. But the court left the possibility of clarification by a lower court, which on Friday returned ownership to Charleston's breakaway Anglican churches.
