GUILTY IN SUICIDE TEXTS - Massachusetts judge: Woman who texted boyfriend to kill himself guilty of involuntary manslaughter

A Massachusetts juvenile court judge ruled in a non-jury trial that Michelle Carter, 20, committed involuntary manslaughter by using text messages to encourage her boyfriend to kill himself. Carter was 17 when she persuaded Conrad Roy III to kill himself in a pickup truck filled with carbon monoxide in a store parking lot in Connecticut.
