As classes begin and you settle into the routine of a new fall semester, we hope you'll think of us as a place to learn, engage, explore, and recharge. January Internship Opportunities at HAM - With the semester just getting underway, we're already planning for 2021! The Harvard Art Museums are offering several remote January term internships in the fields of Public Programs, Curatorial, Exhibition Design, Collection Access, Copyright Research, and Technology. You can learn more about each opportunity and apply on Crimson Careers. As part of the annual Filter Photo Festival, Makeda Best, Richard L. Menschel Curator of Photography, will give an online talk with photographer Sebastiàn Hidalgo. More information can be found on Filter Photo's website. __________________________________________________ From Our Friends... The Harvard Ceramics Program, in collaboration with the Harvard Museums, is offering a virtual course exploring historic ceramic objects from across the globe. Free to all Harvard undergraduates, the course will feature conservators, curators, conservation scientists and scholars from the museums of Harvard. Learn more here. There are less than 100 days until the election, and we're excited to announce the Harvard Votes Challenge’s effort to increase voter participation across campus. Whether you're voting from Cambridge or California, be sure to check out voter resources and learn how you can take action! For those of you residing in the Cambridge area this fall, check out the Harvard Ed Portal's Western Ave Art Walk. This self-guided public tour of Allston celebrates public art along the Western Ave corridor. |
