If you’ve been following the sinister plot by Big Tech to silence conservative Americans and vilify our beliefs, then you know what I’m talking about. I hope you haven’t forgotten what’s happened over the past year… At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, radical governors shut down our economy and enforced mandatory ‘stay-at-home’ orders. They shut down our businesses, our houses of worship, our communities. They told us that it was for the greater good and that it would only last for a few weeks… Fast forward nearly ten months later and radical governors continue to shut down the public square. Forced to stay inside, we had nowhere else to go to voice our opinions but online platforms like Facebook and Twitter. But now, Big Tech is making sure that conservative ideas are not allowed online either. Facebook and Twitter banned President Trump. They reduced the number of people following conservative social media influencers by the thousands—in some cases by the tens of thousands—so as to chill their speech. Facebook even temporarily banned former Congressman Ron Paul from its platform. But it didn’t stop there… Conservatives like you and me have always found a way to get by no matter what is thrown at us. So, when millions of us were censored by sites like Facebook and Twitter, we flocked to a new social media site to exercise our right to speak freely… That’s when the Big Tech giants Google, Amazon, and Apple barged in and shut down Parler, the social media site designed by conservatives to compete with Facebook and Twitter. And now, nearly a year since the first lock downs, Big Tech and radical governors have completely shut us out from the conversation and removed our voices from the public square. That’s why I’m asking for you to sign our “BREAK UP BIG TECH” petition and help us build a coalition of American Patriots who won’t be silenced. But right now, America doesn’t look like America. The First Amendment is being trampled by the radical left. California Governor Gavin Newsom and others continue to criminalize religious gatherings—under the guise of public safety—while keeping marijuana dispensaries, big box stores, and Hollywood open for business. Silicon Valley executives behave as speech police censoring conservatives they disagree with while allowing China and Iran—two of the most egregious violators of human rights on the planet—to spread lies and socialist propaganda online. Did you see CNN host Chris Cuomo call Florida Senator Marco Rubio, “Mr. Bible Boy” in a disgusting attempt to disparage Senator Rubio’s faith? Disgusting. That’s why the Center for American Liberty is so important. We’re the only organization in the country who has the guts to take on Silicon Valley, Antifa, radical leftist politicians, and media outlets who are trying to eradicate the right to think and speak freely in this country. Right now, we’re involved in several lawsuits to defend the God-given, 1st Amendment rights of every American—with multiple cases at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and at the United States Supreme Court. We are even suing Antifa on behalf of independent journalist Andy Ngo. But as a non-profit organization, the only way we’re able to fund these critical lawsuits and fight back against these abusers of free speech is with the help of patriotic folks like you.
