Mass. opioid deaths decline 8 percent

It is the first time a yearly decline in opioid deaths has been reported since 2010, according to state data.

Mental health provider settles Medicaid fraud charges

Millbury resident Alison Shilinsky has been appointed chair of the Central Massachusetts Regional Board of Directors for disability services nonprofit Easter Seals of Massachusetts. An Assumption College graduate, Shilinsky is senior vice president of at law firm in Andover.
