Bethanne Groccia is the new chief human resources officer at Oriol Health Care, which owns and operates Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden and Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston. Groccia, of Auburn, has a master’s in business administration from Assumption College and has worked in executive human resource leadership positions for more than 15 years.
