JOSIAH MOYER is the new director of plant operations at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester. Moyer was most recently the facilities director at Assumption College. He is a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he worked as a nuclear machinist and a facilities manager for the Naval Health Clinic New England in Newport, R.I.
