Some of the things that you eat or drink can irritate your bladder and aggravate signs and symptoms of incontinence. By keeping a diary of what you eat and drink and your signs and symptoms, you may begin to see a connection between certain foods and beverages and episodes of incontinence.
Bladder irritants The following list includes foods and beverages that can lead to bladder irritability. Remember that it’s not necessary to completely cut out all of the items listed here. But if one or more of these items seem to be causing you problems, you may want to significantly reduce how much you consume, or avoid the items altogether. |
