Natalie Ive had been boiling eggs one morning when she suddenly stopped being able to speak and forgot how to use her phone.

In hindsight there were small signs something wasn't right months earlier.

But she'd never considered it was dementia. She was only aged in her 40s.

On the topic of dementia, there's also a new tool that looks at clues in a person's medical records to diagnose cases that might otherwise be found much later.

Meanwhile our expert columnist Chontel Duncan, a fitness trainer, has revealed her top tips for getting a toned stomach, while also opening up about a very personal struggle she had after giving birth to twins (her fourth caesarean).

I hope you have a great week.
