The protests in France are at a critical turning point, not just for France and Europe, but for the entire world. Suppressed for decades, the eruption of social protest proclaims the re-entry of the working class onto the stage of world history. The protests in France come amidst growing unrest among autoworkers in the US, and mass strikes in South Korea, Greece and Chile.

The World Socialist Web Site is committed to providing the necessary strategy and organization for the working class to build a mass socialist movement against war, inequality and dictatorship. But we need your support, our readers, to succeed.

One of our growing costs is for modern software and technology.

To reach workers throughout the world, we use services to send emails, develop and host new websites, produce videos and graphics, utilize social media software to post articles, send mass texts to hundreds of workers, advertise on Facebook and Twitter, host conference calls, and much more. We are also currently in the midst of a major redesign of the WSWS.

Here are a few ways every dollar you send us will be put to good use:
* $25 helps us send text messages to 500 people.
* $50 can help us reach 200 new readers through social media advertising
* $75 will help us cover portions of our monthly website development and hosting costs
* $100 helps us print hundreds of leaflets and posters to distribute at factories
