We’re living beautiful days in Catalan audiovisual...
2022 gave us a Golden Bear at Berlinale with Alcarràs by Carla Simón, around 900 festival selections, such as Cannes, Locarno, Rotterdam, Berlin, Karlovy Vary, Toronto, San Sebastian... with more than 30 films selected at A-Class Festivals, and with Catalan films being nominated for the International Emmys, the European Film Awards, the Goya, the LUX Audience Award, to name a few. Our industry is extremely diverse and dynamic, and we’re very, very proud to support it!
2022 has also been the year in which two colleagues from the Catalan Films team have embarked on new adventures, and we only have words of gratitude to Mar and Patricia. Gràcies companyes!
And last but not least, new members have joined the Catalan Films team, so we're more than ready for a 2023 supporting the Catalan productions abroad, with passion, energy and care.
