AAA tells us the average per-gallon price around south Louisiana jumped 16-17 cents in just one day last week and is up 50 cents over the past week. Who's holding? We tracked some medical marijuana data and thought you might be interested to learn which parishes have the highest percentage of people who have bought legal marijuana.
