| Construction - Infrastructure Marco Rural Water Tank Rehabilitation Owner: Abbeville County Abbeville, SC Bid Date: 03/18/2021 The project consists of repainting the interior and exterior of 200,000-gallon elevated storage tank and several miscellaneous repairs on other elevated tanks. The Tank interior will be blasted and recoated, while the exterior will be overcoated. |

| Construction - Building Fire Sprinklers - 707 CATAWBA Owner: University of South Carolina Columbia, SC Bid Date: 03/18/2021 Sprinkler installation at existing office/warehouse building on campus. The Work is required to be constructed in phases as per the plans and specifications.Small & Minority Business participation highly encouraged. New Fire sprinkler system install in existing bldg. Scope of work for system begins at connection to 350 Wayne St Header. |

| Construction - Building Southern Human Services Center - HVAC Roof Replacement Owner: Orange County Chapel Hill, NC Bid Date: 03/18/2021 The project consists of replacement of mechanical systems and roof for a 27,000sf building constructed in 1996. The building will remain partially occupied during construction, which will necessitate two phases for the replacement of the building’s two main air handling units, among other items. The existing ballasted low slope roof system and insulation, along with a small amount of metal roof, will be fully replaced. |

| Construction - Miscellaneous Radio Communications Tower and Civil Work Owner: North Carolina State Ports Authority Multiple Locations Bid Date: 03/18/2021 The project includes furnishing materials, labor and equipment identified in the contract documents to perform all work associated with the construction of an 80 feet tall communications tower at the Port of Wilmington, and a ballasted roof mount system at the Port of Morehead City. The Civil and Electrical works shall provide the hardened infrastructure to accept new radio equipment (by others) to be attached to and installed in the works described in these plans and specifications. |
