| | Construction - Building Roof Replacements at Durham County Animal Shelter Owner: Durham County Durham, NC Bid Date: 04/02/2021 The work contemplated will include the removal and disposal of all existing sprayed on polyurethane foam, existing built-up roof membrane and insulation down to the metal decks and plywood decks, provide new flat and tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system with cover board and provide adhered fleece/felt backed thermoplastic single-ply membrane over all low-sloped roof areas and the removal and disposal of existing roof system including shingles, underlayment membranes, and sheet metal down to plywood decking and provide new underlayment membranes and asphalt shingle roofing system over all high-sloped roof areas. |

| | Construction - Building City of Raleigh, Goraleigh Chiller (RFQ) Owner: City of Raleigh Raleigh, NC Bid Date: 04/01/2021 Awarded Contractor shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFQ and more particularly described in this Section 5. The selected firm will provide an evaluation of the existing system and identify deficiencies, including incorporating additional phases of building expansion. The new chiller is estimated to provide 200 tons of cooling output, to supplement the existing geothermal well system, and shall be integrated into the existing building management system. Staff will assist with providing information relative to the project such as As-Built plans, reports, T&B information, building automation system, etc. Meetings with staff as appropriate throughout the project shall be included. |
