| | High’s newest hotel, the Residence Inn by Marriott, is located at The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, a 90-acre mixed-use development comprising 258 multi-family units, Wegmans, and lifestyle retail space in Lancaster. High developed and owns The Crossings. Designing, constructing, and operating hotels in grocery-anchored and other developments confers a competitive advantage, an approach High will continue to use to expand its hotel portfolio. |

| Several hotels support High-owned assets such as Greenfield in Lancaster, where the Hampton Inn and Courtyard Marriott are amenities, and Rossmoyne in Harrisburg which offers the Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and TownePlace Suites, a hotel named number one in the TownePlace brand. |

| | Leading High Hotels through this continued time of growth is David Aungst, president and COO. Now in his 13th year at High, David was promoted to president a little more than a year ago from his role as the VP of operations. David navigated the portfolio through the challenges brought on by the pandemic and has positioned the organization for success as we make a transition back to “normal.” Prior to joining High, David worked for Marriott International. |
