Secretary Walsh discussed pandemic recovery and veteran hiring with Virginia business Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh visited Vantage Point Consulting, a small business in Virginia that received a HIRE Vets Medallion award for leadership in recruiting, hiring and retaining veterans. While there, they discussed how the American Rescue Plan is helping the company recover amid the pandemic. |
New guidance on COBRA premium subsidies The American Rescue Plan entitles some people to a 100% premium subsidy for COBRA continuation coverage.  | Willful hazard citations OSHA fined a New Jersey roofing contractor $201,090 for willfully exposing employees to safety hazards at multiple worksites. One worker suffered serious injuries when a roof collapsed. | |
