Change to MyHMCTS for Case Access Administrators MyHMCTS Case Access Administrators can now see all cases in their organisation. They can also add and remove users giving additional flexibility when people are on annual leave or have left the organisation. Vulnerability Action Plan update Weâve updated our Vulnerability Action Plan, which outlines how courts and tribunals are changing and improving to support vulnerable people to access the justice system. We last updated and published the plan in October 2022 and as before, it includes our work to design future accessible services as part of the reform programme.
