• Update:From Monday 2 January 2023, queries about Common Platform magistrates court cases in the north-east will be handled by our service centre. Family

• Reminder:Weve updatedguidance for local authorities and solicitorsusing MyHMCTS to make family public law applications. Its now easier to find information on the entire process from submitting and serving an application to uploading bundles and documents.
• Reminder:Weve published a recording of our recentfinancial remedy webinar. This provides an overview of the service on submitting and managing applications. Well host an additional session at 1pm on Wednesday 11 January 2023. Legal professionals canregister now via our Eventbrite channel.

Tribunals

• Reminder:Were improving the way both legal professionals and appellants in person cansubmit their European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) appeals. As part of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber service reform, making the EUSS process digital will significantly reduce EUSS paper appeal volumes. Applicants can now benefit from an easier digital application form and track the progress of their case online.See our guidance for legal professionals.
