At issue is whether the abortion giant committed fraud by obtaining state funding and failing to repay after the Lone Star State terminated the organization from its Medicaid program. Read more. Alleged assault at church in SF leads to chase with explosives The San Francisco Police Department responded on Sunday evening to reports of a person brandishing a knife and assaulting someone at Saints Peter and Paul Church in North Beach. Daniel Garcia, 42, allegedly fled the scene and tossed "two improvised explosive devices out of the car window at pursuing officers." Read more.
