| Hello QDT listeners, You may have noticed a slight change in the format and content of this newsletter. That's because we've got some exciting changes happening behind the scenes here at Quick and Dirty Tips, and we're experimenting with how to make this newsletter as useful as possible for all our listeners and subscribers. So bear with us as we work out some of the kinks! This week, listeners asked Nutrition Diva about how to help friends and family who are just starting out on their healthy eating journey. She noted some key points think on when we want to help our friends and loved ones with a lifestyle shift:
While our intentions may be good, we have to remember that change requires powerful desire and ongoing commitment and will. It's not just something you can do for someone else. You need to wait for that person to make their own decisions in their own time. That being said, there are things you can do to support someone who has made those decisions. If you are curious about what those things are, you can click here to listen to the full episode. Need more Quick and Dirty Tips? Check out our other shows! |

| I Kissed Shara Wheeler | Chloe Green is so close to winning. After her moms moved her from SoCal to Alabama for high school, she’s spent the past four years dodging gossipy classmates and the puritanical administration of Willowgrove Christian Academy. The thing that’s kept her going: winning valedictorian. Her only rival: prom queen Shara Wheeler, the principal’s perfect progeny. But a month before graduation, Shara kisses Chloe and vanishes. Fierce, funny, and frank, Casey McQuiston's I Kissed Shara Wheeler is about breaking the rules, getting messy, and finding love in unexpected places. | |
