This event will feature a dual-language instructional specialist from the Department of Multicultural Education in the School District of Palm Beach County, Florida, who will discuss some best practices and strategies for using blended learning at a district level to meet the needs of ELL students. Palm Beach is one of the largest districts in the country, serving more than 194,300 students who speak 154 languages and dialects.
