Many of the questions you’ll likely get asked are behavioral questions, in that they ask you to reflect on a specific scenario you’ve encountered and how you responded. “ Preparing for behavioral interviews can be nerve-wracking,” writes executive coach Hanna Hart. “The stakes are high, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the possible scenarios they could throw at you.”
The good news is that there are simple strategies you can use to stand out to the hiring manager, says Hart.
