If your grill has a lid, it's fairly easy to bake. You just have to make the grill act like an oven. You can do that.
If you can bake it in the house, you can bake it outside. (Well, cookies are pretty fragile for outside baking.) You can bake everything from pizzas to casseroles outside. My favorite thing is homemade burger buns.
