The major challenges facing enrollment managers are well known: changing demographics, fewer high school graduates, and evolving student and family expectations about the purpose of a college degree. Covid didn’t create those challenges, but it did illuminate some cracks in the ability to reach, engage, and enroll students under difficult circumstances.
