After a truly chaotic holiday season, this may finally be the year that gets us to all do away with New Year's resolutions. We simply do not have the bandwidth for so-called self improvement. Instead, let's slide into the rest of the month with great care and gentleness, focusing on little lifestyle tweaks that will make the winter season and a potential new quarantine more bearable. My "resolutions" are all about taking it easy, nourishing my body and spirit and kicking off the new year hydrated, healthy and rested. As it turns out, not a whole lot more matters.
