Study: Some aspects of recruitment are easier in 2020 Sixty-eight percent of recruiters say it's a challenge to find high-quality talent, compared with 87% in 2019, and 45% cite reducing employee turnover as a challenge, in comparison to 67% last year, according to a Criteria study.
