I love to get creative with thin-crust pizzas. In Rexburg, there is a pizza brushed with pureed figs and topped with pine nuts and arugula. In Idaho Falls, there is a Thai pizza with peanuts, meat, and pineapple with a kick of spice. Those are starting points. You can get creative from there. | | | |
