Sixty-seven percent of employers say productivity remained the same during the pandemic, Mercer reports, while 27% say it increased, and 83% plan to introduce more flexible working, such as remote working or adjustable schedules. Seventy-three percent of employers expect 25% of their workforce or more to work remotely after the pandemic and one-third expect at least 50% to continue remote working.
