Companies should prepare for the future by offering multiple types of flexible work arrangements, asynchronous schedules, a choice of payroll cycles and payment in more than one currency, says Katherine Loranger, chief people officer at Safeguard Global, which has a Work in Any Way policy. Buffalo, N.Y., is known as the City of Good Neighbors, a moniker that Bills quarterback Josh Allen experienced firsthand on Saturday.
