A light snowfall is forecast to arrive in Baltimore during the Tuesday evening commute, and could create "rapidly deteriorating conditions" on roadways, National Weather Service forecasters said. They predict a cold rain will turn to snow, and as much as 3 inches of snow could fall, they said.
