ENGIE-CDPQ Consortium Concludes Purchase of Petrobra’s 10% Stake in TAG (Press Release) Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and ENGIE completed the purchase of Petrobra’s remaining 10% stake in Brazilian natural gas pipeline company Transportadora Associada de Gás (TAG) for R$1b (~US$187.5m).
