The Council of Ministers approves dissolving Parliament and calling a general election on 23 July

The Executive has approved the royal decree dissolving the Upper and Lower Houses of Parliament and calling an election for both chambers on Sunday 23 July. The extraordinary Council of Ministers also approved a royal decree to promote the use of electric vehicles.
