The Council of Ministers approves a line of guarantees to facilitate the purchase of first homes

These guarantees will cover up to 20% of mortgage loans for young people aged up to 35 years, and families with minor dependent children. The executive has also agreed on the distribution of €566 million for educational programmes and for subsidising bus and train tickets for young people during the summer.
